Anime / GachaGenshin 7.2 Pulling Plan: Who to Pull (Furina, Metia, Xilonen) Before 7.3
Quick Answer: Genshin 7.2 Pulling Plan
Version 7.2 is a discipline patch. 7.3 is widely expected to debut the Cryo Archon, so every Fate spent now needs a named account job — not vibes.
| Character | Pull? | Stop condition |
|---|---|---|
| Furina (Phase 1 rerun) | Yes if you lack her | C0 (or C2 if you already own C0 and can fund it) |
| Metia (new Electro carry) | Yes if you lack an Electro Starlight / Astral Superconduct core | C0 only for most accounts |
| Zibai + Linnea (Phase 2) | Only as a package | Skip unless you can fund both |
| Xilonen (Natlan Chronicled) | Best standalone Chronicled pick | Only with 160+ Fates reserved for that banner |
| Everyone else on Chronicled | Niche / vertical | Skip unless you main them |
| Default F2P plan | Save for 7.3 | Exception: missing Furina |
Use this page for version priorities. Use the evergreen Genshin pulling plan for pity math, 180-wish budgeting, and stop-loss rules.

Banner Map for 7.2
Three streams run in parallel:
- New character stream — Metia (Electro Astral Superconduct carry) with 4-star Valery.
- Rerun stream — Furina in Phase 1; Zibai and Linnea together in Phase 2.
- Natlan Chronicled Wish — Varesa, Chasca, Xilonen, Mualani, Kinich (and signatures) under Epitomized Path rules that do not share pity with the limited character banner.
Phase windows in community reporting place Phase 1 roughly early-to-mid November 2026 and Phase 2 through mid-December — always confirm in-game dates before you spend.
Priority Matrix (C0 Unless Noted)
| Character | Role | Priority | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Furina | Hydro buffer / enabler | Very High | Universal account upgrade; Favonius is fine before signature |
| Xilonen | Multi-element RES shred | High (Chronicled) | Best single pick in the Natlan pool; C0 or C2 |
| Metia | Electro carry / sub-DPS | Moderate–High | Strong if you lack Electro Starlight coverage or need to free contested supports |
| Chasca | Flexible Anemo carry | Moderate | Good when Abyss asks for multi-element answers |
| Zibai + Linnea | Geo / Lunar package | Conditional | All-in or skip — one without the other is a trap |
| Varesa / Mualani / Kinich | Older Natlan DPS | Low–Niche | Vertical investment only |
Account-Type Action Plans
Strict F2P
Default: save for 7.3.
Exceptions:
- You are missing Furina → take C0, then stop.
- You already hold 160+ Fates earmarked for Chronicled and need universal shred → Xilonen C0, then stop.
Do not "taste" Metia or Zibai with 40 wishes. That is how Archon banners arrive empty.
Welkin / Battle Pass
- Furina C0 (or C2 if C0 is already owned and the rest of the account is stable).
- Metia C0 only if you cannot field an Electro Astral Superconduct team for new endgame checks.
- Everything else → bank toward 7.3.
Vertical / Whale Plans
- Zibai/Linnea only if you accept the 4–5 gold package (community breakpoints commonly cite Zibai C1 + Linnea C2 as the real on-ramp).
- Chronicled: Xilonen C2 beats signature weapons for account-wide value.
- Still leave a floor of wishes for 7.3 — Archon patches punish empty wallets harder than any mid-version FOMO.

Chronicled Wish Rules That Catch People
- Pity / Fate Points on Chronicled do not carry like a normal limited guarantee between events.
- Plan with a 160-Fate floor before you click once.
- Losing a "50/50" here still yields a limited from the pool — but that is not an excuse to enter underfunded.
If you cannot name which Natlan character you will accept as the worst-case outcome, you are not ready to pull.
Tie-Breakers When Two Banners Tempt You
Use the same irreplaceability test from the evergreen guide:
- Does this character fill a job no owned unit covers at ~80%?
- Does it unlock content that pays for itself (higher Abyss / new mechanic clears)?
- Can you fund the worst case without touching the 7.3 Archon budget?
If any answer is no, skip. For the full decision framework — pity averages, income table, and two-patch checklist — return to Genshin Pulling Plan 2026.
One-Sentence Plans You Can Screenshot
- Missing Furina: Pull Furina → stop → save.
- Have Furina, missing Electro Starlight core: Metia C0 → stop → save.
- Have both, 160+ Chronicled Fates, need shred: Xilonen → stop.
- Everyone else: Skip 7.2 glitter → arrive at 7.3 funded.
That is the Version 7.2 pulling plan: fewer pulls, clearer stop conditions, and a deliberate bank for the Archon patch that actually reshapes accounts.
